Now reminiscing of all the exciting new restaurants in the 11th arr. and questioning why in NY just can’t produce a fine restaurants with dedicated chefs who don’t want to be the next “top chef” celebrity dujour. Thank you for these suggestions.
Also thank you Betty for your honestly and also your kindness which jumps from Alec’s words – we must always remember to hold special the celebration of food with those we care about and never take for granted the memories we will one day hold close to our hearts.
