Hi Michel, Aside from a good soak in the bath tub, I find foam tedious, too. The potato foam at Le Richer was more like an airy puree, though, than a by-product of bubble bath. Hope this clarifies things. Best, Alec

You are lucky to have a dining companion who will join you for dinner at the spur of the moment and lucky to have a great neighborhood spot to go to when other plans fall through. The food sounds delicious but I would proably prefer the lamb without the potato foam. Not sure why, but just have never gotten the foam fad. Thanks for sharing.
