I was a huge fan of le Stübli in the 17th and was quite upset when it closed. I didn't know about le Stube, but it's on my todo list now, thanks. Those deserts look incredible, I've already eaten, but I'm half tempted to run down there and try them out now. By the way, what is Palatinat Google doesn't want to enlighten me.
