Interesting to read about your meeting Marimar Torres. Marimar's Sonoma County winery is a couple of miles away from our Bistro Des Copains. We have one of her Chardonnay's and one of her Pinot Noir wines on our wine list. Our guests appreciate the fact she makes organic wines. A couple of years back,, we did a winemaker dinner with her. It was quite comical watching she and our chef fight over the menu for the dinner. Marimar was insisting that we do recipes from her cookbook and we wanted to do our food with our wines. Ultimately, we did our food. She is a good friend.
