The year the book came out, I took a copy of your review to Laurent at Le Florimond (one of the few restaurants in Paris I've visited enough to be known)–he was pleased.

Pottoka is on my (ever longer) list for next year. FL (around the block on rue Augerau) was our new place this year, and well worth the visit.

We always stay in the 7th, but It's utterly impossible to keep up with the food in even one arrondissement in Paris, much less all of them. Sites like yours and Paris by Mouth are a huge help, and fun to read as we eagerly await our next visit.
