I went to Racines in the Passage de Panorama a couple of months ago and while the food was quite good, I found it to be expensive for a "neo bistrots a vins." The menu was limited and main dishes were around 25-30 Euros. I recall paying about 60 Euros for my meal that included some average/nothing special vin nature and thinking that I could do better at Vivant and the other places you mention in your post.
